To use AI keeping authenticity, I... Ariane Feijó
To use AI keeping authenticity, I understand we should cultivate three groups of habits: a clear mind, a coherent system, and a human cadence.
A clear mind means knowing what you stand for and what you will not say, even when a model could say it for you. Speed only matters when it is used to operationalize an intention that was already defined by you.
A coherent system means governance, with humans defining meaning, interpretation and relational judgment, periodic reviews to realign tone, patterns and truthfulness, and AI supporting drafting, reorganizing and accelerating volume.
A human cadence means staying in touch with the world beyond text. Reading more than you post, listening more than you speak, and letting lived experience shape the metaphors, analogies and choices a model could never anticipate. Authenticity depends on this analog layer.
This way, an effective communication practice amplifies the parts of a person that are actually theirs: the principles, the reasoning, the emotional intelligence, the narrative spine.
